Project Management OverviewThrough a single source supply for your Office Refurbishment Project, our Project Management Teams are able to provide a complete Interior solution Within our Project Management Services we can apply for Local Area Planning Applications and Building Regulation approvals on your behalf. On initial award of contract your Project Manager will be happy to attend Pre-Project commencement Meeting to determine clear areas of Project Responsibility, Detailed Programme of Works and discuss any potential areas of concern for you our client in access and security procedures. At this stage all areas are considered to ensure the minimum of disruption to both client and if applicable the general public. If necessary a full Construction Design Health & Safety Plan will be devised detailing all necessary Risk Assessments and Method Statements which is not only displayed on site but provided to any employee carrying out works on behalf of Mission Interior Contracts Limited.
Our on site labour supervisors are in constant contact with the Project Manager which ensures rapid response to site requirements and clear effective communication. During the term of the project your Project Manager will regularly attend site meetings with you to ensure smooth operations at all times. Towards the end of the project we again work closely with you to ensure complete satisfaction with the project works undertaken, carrying out any necessary snagging quickly and effectively. If deemed necessary on completion of works a Site Operations Manual will be compiled to include all finish and system details together with any COSH, Health and Safety Data Sheets and Maintenance Instructions relative to products installed. . |
