Working closely with our approved Waste Management Companies we undertake a Duty of Care when it comes to disposal of waste, ensuring all reasonable steps are taken to keep waste safe and disposal is carried out in line with current Directives.

In undertaking Interior Project works within the scope of the Construction Design Management Regulations, our Site Managers carry out full Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all works and removals prior to Project Commencements.

Sample Assessment areas include:-

• Draft Programme of works that integrates with project elements
• Liaise with Architects, Designers, Suppliers, Site Managers and All Site Contractors.
• Identify Hazardous materials or areas of site.
• Ensure Quality Standards are maintained.
• Ensure Health & Policy Guidelines are fully adhered to.
• Implement any additional control measures.
• Circulate Risk Assessments to relevant personnel

It is our Company Policy to ensure and recognise that health, safety and welfare at work for all employees, whether on the company’s premises or in the undertaking of exterior projects for our valued clients is primarily the managements responsibility and as such we place the highest priority in maintaining safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work.

• Implementation of Health, Safety and Risk Assessment Plans.
• Conduct Risk Assessments and take appropriate corrective action.
