Can I have Wide Spaces between upright columns?

No Problem – we can design the floor to suit any spacing up to 11.00m wide.

I am not sure if my existing slab is suitable to take the load?

We will look at this for you and provide a solution, be it increasing the Baseplate sizes or even providing piling to provide a foundation if necessary.

I need an unusually shaped floor Is this possible?

Absolutely – we can provide any shape, even curved.

I have restricted headroom can you still provide a Mezzanine Solution?

Just talk to us, by reducing the loading and or the spaces between the uprights We can keep the construction depth to a minimum, if its possible we have a Solution to help.

What about Building Regulations? How will know the installation is fully Compliant?

We will work with you through every phase of the project, we can undertake Building Regulation Application on your behalf and ensure every aspect of Your installation is fully compliant.

What about Planning Permission is this necessary?

No – Not As long as the changes are internal and unless prohibited by a condition attached to a previous consent. It is worth noting however that the Government have been considering further constraint for permissions for Floors above 200m2 – at the present time however it is permitted to add several floors each just below the 200m2 limit without requiring planning permissions.
